ABSTRACT
Academic Staff Association Management System is a system that will act as a platform for
academic staffs to register as a member in the association. After register, the Executive Council of
the association will verify the registration. Currently the academic staffs must register manually by fill in form through paper
documentation. So, the process to register will take a lot of time since the administrator must check
all the list names, to verify current members, and also to delete old and non-members. Manual
system also can lead to failure of storing data since the document can be lost. It is not easy to
recover them back so the members must refill in the form. Considering those problems, having
this system is important as it can assist administrator to manage the association and the member
can register and update their profile without fill in form using paper.

INTRODUCTION
Academic Staff Association Management System is a system that will help user or
administrator to manage the members in the association in UniSZA. The system will act as a platform for the academic staffs to register as a member. The system will help the Executive Council to verify the registration . Besides, the system will keep the member’s personal detail and this will easy the admin’s job to keep their detail safely. Since currently the management is using manual system to register, this system is going to be a useful thing for them. The person who is only the academic staff can register the system and this will be processed by using rule-based technique. Meanwhile, the authorized administrator will manage the system. |
PROBLEM STATEMENT
✓ Currently the academic staffs must register manually by fill in form through paper
documentation or need to download the form before fill in the form and send it back
to done the registration process.

OBJECTIVES
- To study the problem of the currently management system.
- To design and develop a solution which is a web-based system for the administrator to manage the association.
- To implement the rule-base technique in the system.

CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, this system is developed for the Academic Staff Association to help the admin to manage the association in a system. This system will be only valid for members from Academic Staff Association.
